Property Consultant

ECI Development is seeking experienced and driven professionals to join our team as Property Consultants. We create vibrant, affordable communities across Central America, catering to retirees, real estate investors, digital nomads, and second homeowners, offering high-quality living options with North American standards.
We’re seeking driven professionals with experience in residential real estate, a strong track record of client success, and a passion for serving others.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in selecting the right property based on their needs and financial capabilities.
- Facilitate negotiations, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions.
- Make a minimum of 30 calls per day to provided leads and follow up on past inquiries, creating workflows for old leads.
- Assist with marketing and sales strategy development, staying informed about local competitors, advertising, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents.
- Conduct property tours.
- Source new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Participate in regular sales and marketing meetings.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and goal setting.
- Support the legal department by assisting with client closing paperwork.
Mandatory Attributes:
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and personable demeanor.
- Proven working experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldmine, Sugar).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing and outreach.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with the ECI Development product line.
- HubSpot experience and/or certifications.
- Excellent oral presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish as a second or third language.
- Experience working or living abroad.
Technical Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, social networking sites).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Terms of Engagement:
- Compensation includes a small base salary, commission, and performance-based incentives.
- Potential equity participation in the company based on overall performance.
- On-site living arrangements may be available depending on qualifications and the compensation package.
- 10 paid vacation days per year.
- Flexible, fully remote work environment.
