ECI Development is a leading international real estate developer with resort and residential communities in Central America. We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Project Manager to join our remote team and support our sales operations across the region.

About the Role: You'll work closely with our sales administrator, supporting day-to-day coordination across sales, administrative, legal, and commercial teams. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on sales projects and client requests in both English and Spanish.

• Coordinate with internal teams (administrative, legal, commercial) to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain documentation, task tracking, and timelines in SharePoint.

• Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and report updates.

• Provide high-quality customer service to international clients.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).

• Experience in real estate project coordination or operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office).

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.

Conditions

• Fully remote.

• Preferably based in Nicaragua; candidates from elsewhere in Latin America are welcome to apply.

• Salary: $800–$1,000/month.

• Candidates based in Nicaragua will be contracted locally.
